We offer door-to-door standard and same day delivery within Singapore.
Singapore - Standard Express
Tracked door-to door shipping with a flat fee of S$5.00 per order.
Free tracked shipping on all orders above S$60.00.
We aim to process and pack your orders within 1 business day. Following that, your order will be handed over to our preferred third party courier service for delivery. This should take an additional 2-3 business days for all deliveries within Singapore. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Singapore - Same Day Delivery
Flat fee of S$20.00 per order; delivered on the same day* to your doorstep and includes tracking.
*Please send in your orders before 12PM SGT to receive within the same day. If orders are made after 12PM, you should expect latest delivery by 6PM SGT on the next working day.
International - Standard Tracked
Tracked shipping with a flat fee of S$20.00* per order for all delivery addresses outside Singapore.
We aim to process and pack your orders within 1 business day. Following that, your order will be handed over to our preferred third party courier service for delivery. This should take an additional 7-14 business days for all deliveries outside Singapore. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
*Please note that our flat fee only covers delivery to your door. Any import duties and taxes shall be fully borne by the customer.
Please provide the correct address as our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on your order confirmation.
In the event that you have accidentally entered incorrect delivery details, please contact us within 12 hours from your order placement in order for us to correct it with our courier partner. Once the order has been dispatched, we are not able to make any changes to addressee details. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org to lodge a return or exchange within 7 days from receiving your order. After this timeframe, all sales are deemed final.
You may choose to return for either store credits (valid for 6 months) or exchange for a different color or other product of similar value or lesser, provided there is stock availability. Puffle beauty will accept returns provided that the returned product(s) are in its exact saleable condition, unused with original packaging and tags intact. Refunds will only be provided should there be no replacement or if the item is in a non-sellable state and beyond irreparable. Puffle Beauty reserves the right to deny refunds if the returned product does not meet our return policy requirements.
Upon receiving your request for returns, please allow us 1 business day to get in touch to review your experience and provide you with further details to process your returns. The customer has to cover shipping fees incurred for the return - we recommend using tracked shipping. In any case where returns sent are not received or lost in transit, Puffle Beauty will not liable. Once we have confirmed that your request for return is successful, you should expect your store credits or exchange item(s) to be sent to you within 3 working days.
